We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different color or size, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Contact us via email at FenclawandFaund@gmail.com about your concerns, perhaps we can work some magic and help you find a proper exchange, if applicable. 

2. Send the item back to us within 7 days of initiating the return.

3. The return address will be send to you via email.

• You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

• Refund will take 5-7 business days from the time we receive your item.

• Items returned that do not follow these guidelines are disqualified from a full refund.
